Just four days before launch, we received an urgent customization the online IPO subscription flow for their IPO, driving intense cross-team collaboration under high pressure to deliver on time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Challenges<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The biggest challenge was that TCBS had different policies compared to DNSE, requiring fast adaptation in both UX\/UI and backend flows.<\/p>\n<p>For example:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum order: 100 shares<\/li>\n<li>Deposit: 10% of registered value<\/li>\n<li>Customers had to pay deposit on the same day to be eligible<\/li>\n<li>Additional requirement: QR payment customers must upload transfer confirmation bill\/image<\/li>\n<li>Order tracking page needed to clearly separate valid vs pending information<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Outcome<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>On August 19, 2025 (Day 1 of IPO opening), the system achieved strong traction:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>303,600 orders successfully submitted.<\/li>\n<li>146,400 investors fully deposited or 500 partially deposited.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The project proved that DNSE\u2019s IPO platform could flexibly adapt to external firms\u2019 IPO policies while ensuring user-friendly, compliant, and reliable digital investment experiences<\/p>\n<p><strong>UX Solutions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I delivered two main user flows:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>For existing DNSE account holders \u2013 streamlined IPO subscription integrated into their trading platform<\/li>\n<li>For anonymous users \u2013 quick onboarding with eKYC prompts for incomplete profiles<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>I designed across 4 platforms: Trading Web, App, Mobile Web, and Responsive Web<\/p>\n<p>Key UX\/UI solutions included:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dynamic backend integration: defined which content (brand images, IPO details) would be pulled from backend to ensure consistency across Web &amp; App<\/li>\n<li>Branded landing page for TCBS IPO campaign<\/li>\n<li>Deposit confirmation flow: direct upload of QR transfer slip<\/li>\n<li>Real-time status update UI: so users can easily track whether their registration and deposit were valid<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\"
